Sleeping Buddies...

Keely is never too far from Tyler... we're just not too sure what he thinks about that (and all the kisses). :) Keely was trying to get into Jeff's lap in the first picture... I think she misses being our "baby"!

Happy 1 Month Birthday Tyler!!

I can't believe Tyler is one month old today... it is already flying by! He is getting so big... I got on the scale with him today and it said I weighed 9 1/2 more pounds than normal ( don't know how accurate that is but he is definitely feeling heavier). He was 7 pounds, 6 ounces at his 2 week visit. He is starting to smile more and making cooing sounds- especially if you are talking to him or he is on his activity mat. I just can't believe how much he has changed! Happy 1 month birthday Tyler!!

Pictures from the hospital

These two pictures were taken before we left the hospital. I think this is one of the few pictures we have of the three of us...

Keely has now found an interest in Tyler's pacifiers. I was at the sink washing dishes and I saw her walk by slowly and go into the dining room (which I thought was a little strange- she doesn't usually go in there unless we are in there). When nobody followed her, she came back into the kitchen and just stood there looking at me with the pacifier in her mouth. She didn't have an interest in them at first but after she got one for the first time ( and we chased her for it), she now thinks it's a game and gets our attention. Poor baby... she definitely is not getting the attention she got before Tyler arrived. She is going to have a blast when he starts playing with toys... :) Luckily Bella doesn't seem to care much about those things... at least right now!

Always by his side...

Keely and Bella are getting used to having Tyler around. Keely still doesn't like it when he cries and will sometimes bark at us. If he is in the bouncy seat or swing they both like to check on him and Keely loves to give him kisses- right in his face!

First bath...

We gave Tyler his first bath the day after we got home from the hospital... he didn't love it! We weren't too surprised... he doesn't like to have his diapers or clothes changed either.

Coming home and meeting Keely and Bella

I was so excited to come home from the hospital... it seemed as though I had been there forever. Keely and Bella were very interested in Tyler. Keely loves to give him kisses (right in the face)! He even seems to be used to their barking- it usually doesn't bother or scare him.

Goodbye South Tampa, Hello Apollo Beach!

Jeff and I moved from our townhome in South Tampa to a house (with a yard :)) in Apollo Beach the day before I went into labor. It is so nice for the dogs (and for me)- not so many walks... they love playing in the backyard and laying in the sun!
